Network Rail Gang
Via Flickr:
One of the most dangerous jobs in Britiain , especially on the very busy West Coast Mainline where trains can reach speeds of 90mph at this point near Abington on a working day. The one up front is sonic testing the rails. The worker at the rear has a receiver and ariel pack to receive from colleagues a half a mile either way up the railway warnings of approaching trains , in turn , the message is sent to an alarm so that they can get of the tracks

Normally i wouldn't have taken this shot, i didn't have a camera on me only my iphone and we all know how hit and miss they are!
but a 158 on this line isn't actually that common and i don't actually have many 158 shots
i have used picknik to cheer it up a bit, but nothing can fix the two mp camera with sun upfront
